The Painting and Decorating Contractors of America, started in 1884, national headquarter offices are located in St. Louis, Missouri.  It is the only national non-profit service association specifically for the painting and decorating contracting profession.  PDCA exists to lead the industry by providing quality products, programs, services and opportunities essential to the success of our members.
