Convention Welcomes New PDCA CEO

Attendees of the RMC 99th Annual Convention welcomed PDCA's new CEO, Richard Greene. Greene addressed the opening session audience sharing his 16 month plan for PDCA that consists of three points: Helping Chapters and Councils, promotion of PDCA's Contractor College Benefits and Value and to work on Membership Growth. He shared his years in Utah in various positions such as county clerk and administrator for the local ABC association.
